Ontario Announces further Restrictions to Essential Services List
April 3, 2020 – The Province of Ontario has updated their list of essential services. Adult Use Specialty Vape stores are not included on this list; however, convenience channels remain essential. As such, all specialty vape stores in Ontario who haven’t already done so must cease physical services, including curbside pickup by Saturday April 4th, 2020 at 11:59pm or risk being in non-compliance with this directive. Mail and online delivery options remain viable where allowable.
VITA strongly urges all members and industry stakeholders to adhere to the directives of the provincial government and local authorities.
